Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining integrations using Mirth Connect. Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR JSON and other healthcare data exchange standards. Experience in designing and architecting Health Information Exchange (HIE) and customer-facing applications. Proficiency in RESTful Services and cross-platform solutions design. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and reduce complex problems into manageable components. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in an integrated team environment. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.Description
Supporting a process BCBS built on Mirth Connect for their Pre Enrollment System. It takes in data and then generates an 834 enrollment file that gets sent to HRP, their primary Enrollment and Claims Adjudication platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement real-time solutions using HL7-based interfaces and other data exchange standards.
- Create automated data workflow exchanges using HL7, FHIR, RESTful Services, and JSON formatted data with external systems and applications.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture direction.
- Participate in and/or lead code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Translate business requirements and/or functional specifications into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Mirth Connect interfaces and develop new ones
