We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead to oversee and drive change initiatives within our medical manufacturing organization. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies as the company transitions to modern solutions like ERP upgrades and advanced manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and experience working in the medical or manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading OCM initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations or process transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
