Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and Oneshield leadership team members
Perform business and system analysis for a large, complex data conversion and reporting database workstream as part of a larger program
Conduct system process analysis to identify interface points and workflow considerations
Document use cases, functional specifications, and interactive prototyping
Lead large, multi-functional requirements workshops to elicit client-specific requirements
Manage client expectations
Escalate concerns and issues to Program Leadership

• Ability to produce quality work on an aggressive timeline
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development environment
