7-10 years relevant work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in discrete manufacturing or assembly operations industry. Must have strong and hands on experience in using Oracle Cloud ERP planning system. Expert level knowledge in the areas of Oracle Supply Chain modules - Supply Chain Planning Inventory Management and related Oracle functions. Proven ability to work with a cross functional team within and across multiple business units. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. Provide guidance to users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing Oracle functionalities tools and data.Description
As the subject matter expert in the Demand and Supply planning team for IPM business unit, this position will work closely with demand planners and master schedulers to define, standardize the planning process using Oracle Cloud ERP – Planning Central.
Work with technical writer and provide guidance to document the planning process.
Train and ensure that standardized and best planning process is followed by the IPM planning team utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP.
Collaborate with planning track leads at other Ichor business units and practice/adopt standardized planning process.
Identify any changes needed in the planning system, new and modification to existing reports.
Write business requirements document and work with IT and stakeholders to explain the changes and implement.
Lead brainstorming sessions and identify areas for process improvements.
