Oracle Cloud Support Administrator

Description

As an Oracle Cloud Support Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud solutions across various services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud applications. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and availability of cloud systems, provides user support, handles escalations, and ensures compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Environment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Ensure cloud environments are configured to meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide support for Oracle Cloud business users and internal teams by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with Oracle support teams to resolve critical incidents.
• Implementation & Configuration
• Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud applications.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud services to meet business requirements.
• System Monitoring & Optimization
• Monitor cloud systems for performance and uptime.
• Recommend improvements for cost optimization, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• User Access & Security Management
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations in Oracle PaaS and SaaS environments.
• Documentation & Collaboration
• Create and maintain operational documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and configuration details.
• Work closely with developers, engineers, and business users to ensure cloud services align with business needs.
