Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities workflow and scheduling limitations. Gather business requirements for enhancements to computer system/applications. Prepare technical design documents based on business requirements and prepare data flow diagrams. Implement new design as per technical specifications. Develop test plans and conduct unit and integration testing. Conduct user acceptance testing with client/end user and fix any issues raised. Participate in code deployment and coordinate with different infrastructure teams during go-live post production and continued support of end product.

Description

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and Oracle E-Business Suite functionality
Min 10+ years of experience in Oracle Apps functional in the area of financial modules
Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle R12 Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficient in Oracle R12 Financial modules configuration and customization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
Customize Oracle R12 Financial modules to meet specific business needs.
Configure system settings and parameters to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle E-Business Suite and other systems.
Provide training to end-users on Oracle R12 Financial modules.
Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay current with Oracle E-Business Suite updates, patches, and new releases.
Plan and execute upgrades as necessary.
Oracle E-Business Suite certifications are a plus.
