Oracle EBS Functional

Description

Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle EBS, particularly in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Forecast Planning.
Oracle EBS Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and other relevant Oracle EBS modules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS reporting tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS Expertise: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite applications, with a focus on Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Forecast Planning.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle EBS solutions.
• System Configuration: Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and ensure system functionality aligns with industry best practices.
• Project Management: Manage and lead projects related to Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and enhancements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting issues related to Oracle EBS.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
