BS degree or equivalent Minimum 5+ years of Oracle R12 E-Business Suite’s Material Requirements Planning and Capacity Planning on-premise modules Minimum 3+ years Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods industry Oracle implementations Minimum 5+ Discrete Manufacturing implementations Minimum 2+ End-to-End Digital Transformation projects experience as a consultant Thorough knowledge of how Supply Chain Planning Procure to Pay and Order to Cash are inter- linked Expert in Manufacturing Processes (Discrete) Expert in Bills of Material and Discrete / Process Manufacturing Routings Expert in Work in Process / Manufacturing transactions Expert in troubleshooting Work in Process variances especially during costing inventory imbalances and month-end financial closes Expert in Lead Times (manufacturing cumulative total etc.) Strong track record of Master Data Management best practices Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL Production support experience Customer focus excellent problem solving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel Willingness to engage with off-shore team members during their day-time business hours Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/informationDescription
Design and implement Oracle R12 E-Business Suite’s MRP and CRP modules (Material
Requirements Planning and Capacity Planning) for one manufacturing organization
Thoroughly explain and demonstrate the expertise in how the MRP module’s process flows work
(Forecast set, Master Demand Schedule, etc.)
Thoroughly explain and demonstrate how the CRP workbench works and how to model Capacity
in EBS
Train the material and inventory planners on how to use the MRP workbench
Assist in explaining the impacts of item attributes, such as lead times and lot sizes, to the
planning output
Provide post-production support after Go-Live
