Description
Experience in configuration, implementation, or business support experience with Fusion HCM
Cloud applications.
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules(Benefits/Compensation/Payroll)
Should be well versed with US Benefits understanding and functional setup.
Should have exposure working on Benefits Formulae / Open Enrollments /Rate and
Coverage/Saving Plan (401k)
Must have good expertise on Payroll (Familiar with US rules for payroll) modules in HCM Cloud.
Experience handling payroll end to end processing
Knowledge on Writing/Debugging Oracle Payroll Fast formula.
Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion Payroll benefits, Compensation module – includes Configuration, Setups
Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher,
OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions.
Experience in providing system support and problem solving in complex environments, involving activities like problem isolation, triage, RCA and remediation working across several teams
