Oracle HCM Developer

Description

*Consult with the business teams to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of key business reports and analytics.

*Development of Internal and External integrations and reports HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract and OIC

Responsibilities

• *A minimum of 8 years of work experience is required in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or equivalent combination.
• *A minimum of 6 years of recent techno functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM (Mainly HCM and Benefits Modules) is needed.
• *A minimum of 6 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
• *Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. A deep knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
• *Must have hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager.
• *Must have hands-on experience with fast formulas, user defined tables, value sets, value sets.
• *Must have hands-on experience with Benefits Fast Formula, benefits eligibility profiles.
• *Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is preferred.
• *Experience with VB and Page composer tools is preferred.
