Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Team Lead with expertise in Oracle HCM and integration tools such as Logic Apps or Boomi. This role will be pivotal in leading integration projects, managing a team of developers, and ensuring seamless integration of Oracle HCM with various enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including data models, APIs, and integration options.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps or Dell Boomi.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCS) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
