Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Description

5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud application and hands-on experience in developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting
Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) coupled with adept project management skills. In addition to Oracle HCM modules, including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud
Own the Oracle release cycle
Experience working in a global delivery model, including familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.
Effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
• Gather business requirements for enhancements to computer system/applications.
• Prepare technical design documents based on business requirements and prepare data flow diagrams.
• Implement new design as per technical specifications.
• Develop test plans and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Conduct user acceptance testing with client/end user and fix any issues raised.
• Participate in code deployment and coordinate with different infrastructure teams during go-live, post production, and continued support of end product.
