This role differs from most PL/SQL developments. Typically PL/SQL developers commonly work with ETL processes and support for data applications but that is not the case. In this role there will be a high volume of PL/SQL coding. Needs to be a true PL/SQL application developer. They are looking for a high-level resource. The more actual hands-on coding in PL/SQL the better. All front ends are handled by another team will implement code for all business logic for the backend in PL/SQL. Experience with .Net/C# Azure Devops are all nice to haves.Description
This position is responsible for implementing business logic in Oracle DB packages, functions and procedures that supports the development, deployment and support of large mission critical enterprise Web applications. Involved in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on database logic implementation and design. Assisting in the design of the application architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security and performance. Following established coding standards and naming conventions.
Responsibilities
- 4+ years’ experience in PL/SQL development, unit testing, code troubleshooting and debugging - (Building Applications)
- Experience with High performance query development
- Experience implementing business logic for the backend in PL/SQL coding
- Experience working with .Net or C# (Huge plus )
