Computer Science/Software Engineering (or related technical) degree or equivalent experience in field HR Data Domain experience. Finance Data Domain experience (RDR Finance space). 6+ year Data Warehousing experience including manipulation/ transformation of millions of rows with optimal methods 6+ year experience with traditional relational database management systems (Oracle) and SQL skills including developing stored procedures functions and triggers in a Big Data environment 6+ year SQL PL/SQL development experience with Oracle DBMS and VPD Security. 6+ year using TOAD Unix Shell Scripting Autosys Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word Access) Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) concept tools and best practices Demonstrable risk identification skills Working knowledge of Java/ Mulesoft/ APIs Enterprise HR (or other highly sensitive) Data Domain experience Technology Development experience in Financial Services/Banking Industry Experience in Agile Scrum DevOps SAFe or Disciplined Agile ways of working CI/CD Release Processes Expert in data regulation and exercises best practices in data management and governance Advanced experience in Unix Shell Scripts Autosys and TOAD for Oracle Advanced-level analytical debugging and critical thinking skills.Description
Strong Oracle PL/SQL Development experience

Data Methodology & Analysis: Understanding data structure, data design, and improving the Oracle DB with a focus on an API type environment rather than pushing files

Responsibilities
- Participate in status meetings to track progress, resolve issues, articulate mitigate risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Exemplifies and evangelizes great solution delivery management by minimizing technical debt, surpasses design, engineering, organizational practices (unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocols), coding and quality, and exceeds security standards and Bank's change management requirements
- Demonstrates the development and implementation of enterprise data quality standards and data protection standards within the space
- sets the bar for team communications and interactions - is an excellent teammate to peers, influencing them in a positive direction
- Acts as a liaison for production activities/issues. Mentors the team on work breakdown and execution
- Oversees continuous improvement of database scalability performance
- uses versioning tools such as GIT/Bit bucket
- sets up jobs using autosys for automation
- Advocates and advances modern application development deployment – Agile solution delivery, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
- identifies data anomalies/data patterns in huge data sets
Educational Requirements

- • Knowledge of Finance and Global Markets products - Derivatives, Securities, SET is a plus.
- • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- • Track record of being detalled oriented, self-starter and deliverables with minimal defects.
- • Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies.
- • Ability to work well independently with minimal direction and together as a member of cross-functional teams.
