• Act as Project Manager for the Integrations workstream of the Oracle Cloud transition project • Manage a complex project schedule and drive all tasks to completion • Create dashboards and Status Reports highlighting key accomplishments issues and risks for escalation • Communicate project implementation options that affect cost schedule and risk to stakeholders as well as other recommendations based on these elements • Drive the execution of the end-to-end build of each data integration to/from various source systems to/from Oracle Cloud including on-prem and other SaaS applications • The Ideal candidate should have a proven record of successfully analyzing all aspects of a project and consistently delivering with minimal guidance • Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team on all key decisions and on-going integration work • Manage technical delivery resources supporting the integration development testing and deployment activities in both onshore and offshore models • Work with various infrastructure teams and Security to ensure proper security frameworks are in place for the integration applications and tools used • Collaborate with system owners functional and business teams to understand requirements technical designs and other technical documentsDescription

Mattel is looking for an Oracle Cloud Integrations Technical Project Manager with experience in leading the design and implementation of integration protocols (Oracle ERP/EPM and 3rd party systems) both on-prem and in the cloud to help us transform to a modern cloud financials platform. Reporting into a Director of IT, the Oracle Cloud Integrations Technical Project Manager is a critical role that partners with various IT teams and business partners to support and help transform finance.
Responsibilities
- • 10 to 12 years of experience managing the implementation of Oracle Integration projects between Oracle on-prem, Oracle cloud ERP and EPM and other 3rd party systems (on prem and cloud)
- • Ability to manage many simultaneous project tasks and schedules, with varying complexity, while wearing multiple hats to drive issues to resolution
- • Ability to manage multiple aggressive sprint cycles, with a number of different types of integrations having to be coded in a short amount of time
- • Able to work with business users and IT teams to understand requirements, technical designs, and other technical documents. Create project plans from these and drive task execution to completion with appropriate reporting and escalation as necessary
- • Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
- • Demonstrated decision-making, prioritization and organizational skills.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- • Expertise with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
