SAAS V19 & above are must.
Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
Should be able to translate the requirements to technical design & develop the solution independently.
Should be comfortable in collaborating with Business & other IT teams to build the solution, test it & deploy successfully.
Should help in resolving any production issues along with ongoing new feature development.
