Description

· 10 years’ experience as Oracle SOA, Java/J2EE



· Proficiency in Oracle SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), Java/J2EE technology.



· In-depth knowledge of SOA principles and best practices



· Strong understanding of Oracle SOA infrastructure and components.



· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration related technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.



· Ability to provide technical guidance and expertise to support teams.



· Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.



· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.



· Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments.



· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• · Provide expert-level support for Oracle SOA applications and infrastructure.
• · Installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite
• · Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring, performance tuning, and patching.
• · Design and implement SOA composite applications
• · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.
• · Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• · Serve as a technical escalation point for complex support cases.
• · Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• · Mentor and train junior support staff on Oracle SOA technologies and best practices.
• · Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and service requests.
• · Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and internal support procedures.
• · Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• · Stay updated with Oracle SOA technology trends and best practices.
