Description
● Work closely with the business units across all CRH divisions, implementing and
supporting Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (US and Canadian payroll)
and Time and Attendance by Workforce
● Investigate, analyze, and resolve requests from Payroll and HR business
teams in a timely manner.
● Execute project activities related to Payroll and Hire to Retire functions ensuring
quality and on-time delivery.
● Perform HCM configuration checks and recommend changes when necessary
● Proactively anticipate project deviations related to Hire to Retire area and escalate
the need for immediate corrective action
● Assist in the validation of as-is and to-be Hire to Retire processes and identifies
improvement opportunities
Responsibilities
- ● Facilitate requirement workshops with Payroll and HR teams.
- ● Maintain documentation library for design, configuration and training material
- related to Payroll and HR processes.
- ● Support integrations with internal and external systems.
- ● Follow IT standards, documentation, development methodologies as related to
- support and development activities.
- ● Assist with performing integration, unit, and user acceptance testing, including
- preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for Payroll and HR processes.
- ● Support security design and maintenance as required, including oversight of
- approvals for changes, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
- ● Investigate, analyze, and resolve support calls from Payroll, HR, Pension and
- Benefits groups.
- ● Supports cross functional priorities
