Payroll Functional Specialist

Description

● Work closely with the business units across all CRH divisions, implementing and

supporting Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (US and Canadian payroll)

and Time and Attendance by Workforce

● Investigate, analyze, and resolve requests from Payroll and HR business

teams in a timely manner.

● Execute project activities related to Payroll and Hire to Retire functions ensuring

quality and on-time delivery.

● Perform HCM configuration checks and recommend changes when necessary

● Proactively anticipate project deviations related to Hire to Retire area and escalate

the need for immediate corrective action

● Assist in the validation of as-is and to-be Hire to Retire processes and identifies

improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

• ● Facilitate requirement workshops with Payroll and HR teams.
• ● Maintain documentation library for design, configuration and training material
• related to Payroll and HR processes.
• ● Support integrations with internal and external systems.
• ● Follow IT standards, documentation, development methodologies as related to
• support and development activities.
• ● Assist with performing integration, unit, and user acceptance testing, including
• preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for Payroll and HR processes.
• ● Support security design and maintenance as required, including oversight of
• approvals for changes, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
• ● Investigate, analyze, and resolve support calls from Payroll, HR, Pension and
• Benefits groups.
• ● Supports cross functional priorities
• ● Other duties as assigned
