Description
Minimum 10+ years of Pega application support experience in a Telecom Ordering environment
Excellent experience with Pega QP (Quick Processor), JS (Job Scheduler), and PDC Alerts (Pega Diagnostic Center) for Reflows
Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management and Decisioning (Pega PRPC Case Mgmt. certification preferred)
Hands-on experience with Kibana/Elastic Search Log analysis and creation of alerts for monitoring production
Proficiency with POSTMAN, SQL Queries, and Oracle DB
Experience with monitoring Tableau dashboards and production monitoring
Leadership skills to lead a team of Pega application support engineers
