- Pega Decisioning Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and Marketing.

- Certifications (Preferred)

- CSA (Certified System Architect)

- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)

- CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

- Define decision architecture, solutions, and designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.

- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for customer marketing and segmentation.

- Implement Adaptive Modelling and Campaign Management for both inbound and outbound channels.

- Possess extensive knowledge of New Business Account Decisioning (NBAD) implementation.

- Work with large-scale, distributed systems and multi-terabyte data warehouses.

- Utilize Pega Marketing and Decisioning concepts, including strategies, offer flows, activities, when rules, data transforms, and reporting agents.

- Implement Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations.

- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch campaigns.

- Apply knowledge of dataflows, segmentation, and AI concepts to implement necessary changes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues effectively.

- Develop integrations with other systems and address integration challenges.

- Coordinate with operations and testing teams to provide defect fixes and bug resolutions.

- Manage development activities, perform peer reviews, and escalate technical issues as needed.
