Pega LSA Certification is a MUST
10+ years’ experience working with Pegasystems technologies
10+ years’ experience designing, building and implementing Business Process Management solutions on one or more technology platforms
10+ Years of Experience on Pega PRPC (7.x, 8.x versions)
Experience with connectors and Services, especially SOAP web services and RESTful web services, and security, exception handling for those type of services
Experience in Pega Case Management & Dispute Management us a MUST
Experience in performance analysis & code reviews using various Pega tools and performance improvement development
Experience with PRPC flows and other rules to support the connectors and services
Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC data transforms, activities, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and data pages
Experience in product rules creation and migration, agents, and dynamic system settings.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with senior client executives and business partners
Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Demonstrated success leading a team project structure; including possessing a variety of roles within those teams in an Agile environment.
J2EE/Java development experience
Experience in the Telecom industry is a MUST.
