Minimum 10 years of working experience on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with tools 8.5xMust have worked on Development and Support project with Onsite-Offshore model Strong in interface development and fluid development experience Expertise in Application Engine, Peoplecode, Application Package, Component interface, Integration Broker, Web Service, API and AWE Thorough knowledge of nVision Reporting, PS Query & BI-Publisher Excellent programming experience in SQR Language Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules – Core HR, NA Payroll, Self Service modules, company directory, Payroll work center Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Responsibilities
- Experience in Application Engine, Peoplecode, Application Package, Component interface Experience in Production Support and development Experience in HCM as Technofunctional Experience in Interface Broker, AWR and Fluid Pages Preferred any degree holder hands on experience in Peoplesoft HCM Good communication Experience in working with business users Attitude to maintain good working relationship with users and contribute to growth of the account by increasing the number of positions
