Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Perl Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications written in Perl. You will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Perl programming.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Catalyst or Dancer is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with modern Perl frameworks and tools (e.g., Mojolicious, DBIx::Class).
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Educational Requirements

• Experience: 8+ of experience in Perl development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
