3+ yrs. of Project Management experience 2-3 yrs. of cloud platform experience in an Agile environment 3+ yrs. of scrum master experience in an Agile environment utilizing Agile mgt and SDLC tooling (JIRA Confluence CI Tooling) 2-4 yrs. of supporting a Product roadmap user stories prioritized backlogs customer intake/enhancement requests/ Prefer candidates with the ability to coach cross functional project teams on project execution processes and operational excellence. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree and a strong understanding of requirements management and quality assurance throughout a project lifecycle Ability to work well with multiple levels of management and present themselves professionally Outstanding organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail Ability to work under the pressure of multiple activities and deadlines at once.Description

Responsibilities
- The PMO Cloud Analyst will be responsible for supporting and leading PMO initiatives, capabilities and projects in support of Ally's ETO portfolio. This resource will collaborate with PMO stakeholders with a heightened focus on quality of solutions, delivery of stated outcomes, and adherence to timeline and budget. Responsibilities include adhering to project governance, managing financial aspects of portfolios, supporting Ally cloud adoption, changing mgt processes, accurate customer requirements, and ensuring quality assurance processes. This resource will work closely with Ally's technology teams, scrum masters, and multi-discipline teams.
- This position will report to the ETO PMO Manager.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, and other partners to understand the expected product functionality, customer, testing requirements, and processes for PMO led initiatives
- Create and distribute transparent KPI metrics (Stories, Epics, Burn down charts, Velocity, Dashboards), Guides, and Roadmaps for PMO Initiatives
- Support ally cloud adoption program with focused responsibilities tracking business unit cloud enablement, cloud operational readiness, and drive collaboration with ETO product leads
- Support cloud organizational change management (OCM) strategy with focus upon cloud training curriculum role-based training
- Align teams within the organization on how to effectively use, inspect, and adopt Agile principles and best practices
- Perform ETO PMO training and administration support of standard JIRA boards and metrics
- Organize and maintain Quality Assurance and Governance documentation
- Create and maintain Project Portfolio confluence pages for all intake work
- Create and maintain the PMO governance pages for training and processes
- Create and set up sharepoint sites for portfolio initiatives and squads
- Weekly governance and strategic alignment meeting agenda and coordination
