Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
Report Builder for creating SSRS/Paginated Reports.
o Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
o Familiarity with Python data transformation libraries and tools.
o Power BI or similar certifications are beneficial.
o Experience with Tableau and Microsoft cloud data platforms (e.g., ADF, Databricks, Fabric) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- • Design and create user-friendly, visually compelling Power BI reports tailored to the diverse data needs of the Fortress Credit business.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners to enhance collaboration.
- • Lead brainstorming and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to clarify reporting objectives.
- • Consolidate data from multiple sources to offer comprehensive insights and data-driven narratives for business stakeholders.
- • Develop efficient data models that enhance report performance and streamline report creation.
- • Craft interactive and dynamic visualizations that provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- • Champion continuous improvement by promoting effective and scalable data pipeline and reporting practices.
