Managed a Data Analytics team in Power BI or Tableau. Need to have hands on experience in both. Nice to have experience would be working with SuccessFactors data.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of analysts and developers to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and data visualizations.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Power BI best practices and methodologies.
- Overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI solutions.
- Monitoring performance and optimizing Power BI reports and queries for efficiency.
- Conducting regular training sessions to enhance team members' Power BI skills and expertise.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends to continually improve processes and solutions.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as IT and business units, to integrate Power BI solutions into broader organizational initiatives.
