i. Manual testing skills
ii. Data base Testing Skills
iii. Defect Triage capabilities
i. Knowledge on Automation
ii. Knowledge on any scripting lang
iii. Knowledge on .Net
Responsibilities
- i. Data support to the Dell Digital teams
- ii. Attending the IST – CST Sync up call.
- iii. Reviewing the data defects and analyzing the RCA.
- iv. If any data defects are reported, the defects need to be RCA and fix the issues.
- v. Involve in Scrum
- vi. Reviewing the open tickets/requests and accept.
- vii. Single POC for CST data support.
- viii. War Room Support
- ix. Co ordinating with other team members and supporting each other.
- x. Env health checks and reporting in case of any issues identified.
