Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies requirements roadmaps and OKRs. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners/scrum teams. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create manage and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention. Decomposes epics (customer & business requirements) into features and prioritizes them for the product team - coordinate dependencies across scrum teams. Works with business owners on refining/reviewing new epics. Align the features in a product roadmap. For each feature partner with business technology and UX teams to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. For each functional feature identify whether it needs analytics and reporting requirements. Determine product feature KPIs and benefits. Ensure new foundational data requirements (product features) are evaluated identified and prioritized upfront by including reporting/analytics business requirements within feature. Explore the customer needs as well as develop insights about the needs of the customer that pertains to the product area. Evangelize the product features with other product managers business owners to continuously add value to the larger org. Manage the lifecycle of features by expanding beyond MVP to release cycles based on build iterate release/kill measure iterate... approach. Work with Lead Developers for common understanding of Features and provide inputs in case of conflicting priorities. Understand the business strategy the business requirements to discern what is relevant for his/her product area. Coordinate & prioritize across multiple epics impacting the product team. Maintain & prioritize feature Kanban - ensure any new feature is prioritized against existing backlog.

We are looking for a rockstar Product Manager to lead the client’s .com Personalization and web optimization product strategies.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision and building out product roadmaps for personalization and web optimization initiatives across omni-channel. You will have overall responsibility for the external and internal customer experience.

You will work closely with departments across including Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap epic creation and implementation/delivery of these features.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field
• Strong experience in a digital product management role
• Experience with personalization and web optimization use cases across omni- channel, web optimization specifically in building modular components.
• Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across cross functional teams.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
• Technical skills in React JS, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Azure Dev Ops, Adobe analytics, CMS tools - Adobe Experience Manager
