· Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. · Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. · Experience leading requirements gathering and actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective product development. · Skill in identifying and assessing risks associated with product development and implementing strategies to mitigate them. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product requirements updates and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. · Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks projects and priorities simultaneously.Description
The Order Ahead Product Manager will be responsible and accountable for the CX definition and execution of our Order Ahead platform, including a high-profile collaborative third party project. Order Ahead allows customer to use the Kroger app to place customized Deli, Bakery, Floral, and other orders at any time for pick-up at the store. The Product Manager will set a long-term vision for the product, lead the customer experience team through tactical executions, partner with technology to improve system stability, define future state Order Ahead enhancements and be accountable for articulation, and measurement of, value to the customer and business.
Responsibilities
- · Manage, and collaborate, to ensure focused decision making for product, design and technology through the product lifecycle.
- · Create, maintain and communicate product requirements. Build a product roadmap; including near term tactical execution and long-term strategic opportunities.
- · Define and communicate product MVP.
- · Identify and measure key product metrics using customer feedback, internal analytics and research to create, and measure, quality customer experiences.
- · Lead requirements gathering and actively participate in scum ceremonies.
- · Lead walk through with stakeholders to ensure broad understanding of product goals and progress.
- · Identify risks and resolve dependencies.
- · Work with third party partners to ensure proper input and alignment.
- · Be the glue that keeps it all together.
