Description

Analyzing requirements and data, identifying trends, prioritizing features based on business value, and making informed decisions.
• Backlog management:
Prioritizing product backlog items, creating user stories, and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of what to build.
• Strategic thinking:
Developing a comprehensive product roadmap, anticipating potential challenges, and adapting to changing market conditions.
• Testing:
Defining testing strategy and test cases. Executing UAT and production validation.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Sabre skills are plus.

Responsibilities

• This job is a member of the Global Sales Data Management at Reporting Team within the Customer Intelligence Division.
• Responsible for liaising with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
• What you'll do
• Liaises with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
• Oversees configuration and customization process in CRM for the Business Unit • Seeks approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for CRM.
• Liaises with Stakeholders and/or Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained.
• Provides guidance and assistance to Sales Automation team and identify and analyze solutions associated to day-to-day updates, issues, and activities.
• Leads multiple data integrity projects for team to maintain accurate data.
• Liaises with our internal customers by independently and directly working with different partners as point of contact.
• Works directly with AA IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, like IBM Watson, contracting, Power BI, AA data warehouse, and Portals.
• Experience with Sabre queries, along with experience on the Siebel platform, will be a plus.
