Description
1-5 years of experience at minimum. (She is willing to coach, but not to train – you should know the basics: Scrum, standups, spikes, etc.)
Looking for Product Owners, not Project Managers, not TPM. A successful Product Owner should have a customer mindset, and metrics mindset (e.g., KPIs), know how to create a roadmap with all the important tasks and how to prioritize them, should be able to understand the customers and also the business.
Communication is really important – Someone that is able to answer all questions, show confidence, is able to communicate in an efficient way.
Coachable – Someone who is always willing to improve and to receive feedback.
Attitude – Knowledge and experience are not enough if you don’t have a great attitude (proactiveness, teamwork, show energy and passion, etc.)
Commitment – Someone who will stay during the whole project, self-motivated.
