We are seeking Product Support Specialists with strong expertise in Python along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). You will support a data annotation tool, assisting users in resolving technical issues, understanding the product, and debugging code. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.
