Project Management: Responsible for managing projects related to human capital metrics and workforce planning ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to business requirements. This role will require analyzing and interpreting data using various analytical and visualization tool along with providing insights and recommendations that are impactful and drive results. Will manage multiple projects at once working with stakeholders at all levels. Analytics: Using historical and predictive analytics along with benchmarking this role will conduct in-depth analyses on key workforce metrics. Monitors competitive trends and utilizes that information appropriately in analysis. Proactively identifies areas of opportunity and develops recommendations for future considerations. Provides expertise and guidance to business partners on how to best utilize workforce data to drive results. Consulting: Builds relationships across the organization providing ongoing consultation and serving as strategic business partner to leaders. Conducts ongoing needs assessment with Talent Advisors in the areas of workforce metrics projects and benchmark studies.Description
The Program Manager, People Analytics will focus on managing human capital projects which will include the delivery of relevant and meaningful insights to enable strategic business decisions. This position is responsible for proactively identifying areas of focus, providing analysis and insight on key human capital topics to support the objectives of the business and helping to increase the effectiveness of the entire organization. Additionally, this position will be responsible for working with Talent Advisors and management to increase their understanding of key workforce metrics and how to use the data to drive the business.
Responsibilities
- 3-6 years of professional experience providing analytics, statistics, consulting or other related fields
- Experience in providing advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics space
- Project management experience around implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholder
- Proven experience in using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis
- Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL language would be advantageous
- Other Skills (e.g. specialized training, language proficiency, functional expertise etc.)
- Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, internal data, external tools).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills. Skilled in building relationships with business partners and proactively assessing the needs of the business, bringing forth opportunities before they become problems.
