The team is responsible for driving technology strategies and architectures that support every aspect of our rapidly scaling global business. We work in a highly-matrixed environment alongside technology leaders & delivery teams to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions that alignment with our strategic goals and objectives. You will serve & partner with a diverse community of teams focused on growing our Global Architecture practices while remaining grounded in logical user experiences, proficient program management, innovative problem solving & empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition of the vision & strategic roadmap for our Architecture Capability Management practice - Establish a framework for prioritization & delivery of our EAM strategic & tooling roadmap
  • Drive the end-to-end feature lifecycle of our enterprise architecture management processes & tools
  • Drive value-based delivery via backlog planning & execution in coordination with internal stakeholders & SaaS solution provider
  • Understand, represent & balance the needs of users, stakeholders & peer products
  • Bring a growth-oriented mindset and enable ‘shared brain’ decision-making People
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased responsiveness into existing operations, and to help define new operational strategies
  • Create communication & change management plans in support of a global community of technology architects, leaders & stakeholders
  • Responsible for holding others accountable for delivering on time and to set standards
  • Present findings, projections and recommended actions to support the growth & maturity of the global architecture practice
  • Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy and makes recommendations to senior leaders on way to achieve Process
  • Develop, manage & report on KPIs and OKRs for our EAM & Capability Management ecosystem
  • Collaboration & integration of strategic architecture delivery activities & EAM roadmaps
  • Collaborate with architects and peer program managers to ensure roadmaps for capabilities & programs are documented
  • Prepare visual presentation (consumable) of strategic & implementation plans that can be integrated into enterprise-level planning and delivery process Technology
  • Optimize process for regular review of business capabilities in LeanIX, including business capabilities, applications & tech components
  • Become an EAM subject matter expert, offering consultation, influence & support to the user and stakeholder communities
  • Develop a broad understanding of the internal processes, current capabilities, and business objectives in order to effectively advocate for game changing initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to our user community and a key liaison to our SaaS solution provider
  • Strong relationship building skills to quickly create and elevate relationships through strong listening and effective communication (verbal, written and presentations)
  • Systems thinker and agile leader who leads self & others through shifting priorities with grace & efficiency
  • Ability to enroll teams and to communicate a vision to allow for quick focus new/shifting priorities
  • Strong and influential voice with the ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of individuals (including senior leaders) to empower open discussions, discern critical information, and stay on track with meeting intention and come to decisions
  • Leads with curiosity and openness allowing for collaboration with diverse teams and individuals to deliver and execute on complex initiatives
