Translate the product roadmap and various functional plans into comprehensive and concrete project plans that include the delivery of Hilton digital products and on-property technology operational change management initiatives partner communications and product support Anticipate identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and challenges that might put project plans at risk and navigate associated intake and demand governance processes across teams Communicate program plans and status to internal partners throughout the project lifecycle and support product teams in regular product communications Support product launches and scaled rollouts at hotels partnering with hotel operations deployment and support teams to ensure quality execution of products according to plansDescription
You will be key in delivering new strategies capabilities ways of working within the Hilton organization and ensuring scoping resourcing execution and adoption is aligned and prioritized as appropriate. Projects will span a number functions/disciplines e.g. customer experience technology operations brand marketing loyalty program and commercial services. You will also be responsible for helping develop and refine tools templates and standard methodologies to continuously improve our program management capabilities
Responsibilities
- To fulfill this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- bull Seven 7 years of work experience in digital program management project management or a related field
- bull Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Smartsheet and AirTable
- It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelors Degree in technology business marketing hospitality or a related field
- Five 5 years in consulting customer experience digital or technology-related field
- One 1 year of experience in hospitality with an understanding of hotel operations
- Experience with cloud platforms product environments or related technologies
- Agile development experience
- PMP or relevant project management or Agile certification.
