Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for in-store products aligning with the company's overall objectives and customer needs. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. Work closely with cross-functional teams including design engineering and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products. Ensure that the in-store products meet and exceed customer expectations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and key metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Present product updates and progress to senior leadership. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams.Description
We are looking for a Tech Program Manager for the Logistics functional domain, supporting cross functional projects across Logistics domain including Warehouse Management platform DC and Hub Rollouts, improving DC Operations efficiencies, Final Mile and Transportation projects, and Returns. This role will primarily focus on these Large Logistics programs with established project management methodologies/tools to develop and execute Technology project plans in alignment with our company and Vendor’s Software Development Lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the retail industry, with a focus on in-store products and solutions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of retail operations and the in-store shopping experience. Proven ability to develop and launch successful products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Experience with agile development processes is a plus.
