Senior Program Manager with experience managing Artificial intelligence projects especially around enterprise Chatbots. ***CANDIDATES NEED TO COME FROM VERY LARGE ENTERPRISES AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH INTERDEPENDANCY MODELING AND ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE. THEY ARE BUILDING A CUSTOMAR SERVICE CHATBOT TO SOLVE CLAIM PROBLEMS. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND GREAT PRESENTATION SKILLS.

Responsibilities

• Can take ownership and drive program/project delivery (project planning, monitoring, controlling, etc.)
• Can hold core team members accountable for their deliverables
• Takes the initiative to collaborate with various workstream to understand deliverables
• Can connect the dots (interrelationship of all deliverables)
• Diligent in watching out for risks/issues/actions/decisions and following up on them
• Organized, Diligent in doing the required administrative tasks of a PM/PgM
• With a little bit of technical background
• With a little bit of data background
• With strong presentation skills
• Understands technology and agile/scrum, waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of IA (intelligent automation) or chatbots
• Can analyze data and come up with metrics for chatbot utilization is a plus
• Can prepare good presentation materials and can present as well
• Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, powerpoint)
