Provide user communication templates and Citizens' guidelines for user communications
Provide access to user communication tools and processes
Schedule and communicate to end users
Provide management support to champion the migration effort and overcome any obstacles to scheduling or migration
Coordinate and track de-provisioning of on-premises virtual desktop resources
Provide weekly status reports on the state of the migration activities
