ssist the Deliver Leadership in managing projects of varying size and complexity.
Assistance includes maintaining work plans in MS Project, maintaining issue / risk logs in SharePoint, analyzing and monitoring financials, documenting change controls and helping with meeting facilitation and minutes.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative / project support experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of financial and metrics reporting experience
- Experience in the financial aspects of a project (estimation, forecasting, etc.)
- Strong mathematical skills
- High proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple clients/groups/projects.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and timeframes.
- Ability to interact effectively with client representatives at various levels.
- Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn enterprise tools for project financial reporting
