Well versed in Microsoft technology stack Experience in modern front end development languages – React Angular etc. Knowledgeable and experienced with serverless applications Event driven programming Experience in designing and implementing Microservices service-oriented architecture REST based services and orchestration of APIs for web and mobile applications. Experience in designing and implementing cloud ready and cloud native applications Azure or AWS. Very good understanding and hands-on experience on multiple software engineering languages .NET NodeJS .NET Core SQL No-SQL etc. Understanding of software development lifecycle DevSecOps (build continuous integration deployment tools security scan tools code quality checks) and standard methodologies. Understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies: HTTP(S) XML JSON CSS and JavaScript Exposure to Azure cloud solutions/services and implementation of the same Knowledge of secure coding practices compliance open-source technologies and frameworks. Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams about various engineering topics such as system architecture detailed design APIs project schedules etc. Ability to analyze and propose solutions to high value critical challenges for the development teams Ability to communicate with senior executives within the IS&T organization and in business functions

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between various sub-groups within a business unit for business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management, and relationship management.
  • Provide functional support services for business applications, ensuring performance, availability, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Design and architect complex business process and application solutions to address cross-functional needs, converting designs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or budget.
  • Manage software application configuration, testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance), and data conversions. Recommend industry best practices for integrated solution design and standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends, implementing corrective and preventative actions. Evaluate, recommend, and plan lifecycle management for patches, upgrades, and releases.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to project management, software development, testing, service management, change management, RCA, and other relevant processes, standards, governance, and controls. Support SOX controls, internal and external audits.
  • Plan and manage medium to large-scale cross-functional projects, ensuring effective execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Oversee and manage contingent workers across multiple projects or service areas. Responsible for their selection, onboarding, offboarding, and managing their assignments and work quality. Approve contingent worker time sheets and costs
