• Manages assigned projects through full-life cycle from requirements definition through stabilization. • Manages the projects in an Agile and Iterative methodologies. • Serves as a Scrum Master (Agile) directly overseeing daily activities of the project team. • Manages geographically dispersed business teams on-shore/off-shore development teams and third-party vendors. • Manages Project budget forecasting resource management Invoicing and required project finance activities. • Ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and meet product owners expectations. • Provides management visibility into project status while executing effective decision-making approvals and direction. • Understands the domain knows the experts asks the right questions to prioritize and perform necessary follow-up to resolve issues. • Leverages professional experiences to identify potential areas of improvement in project/Agile performance. • Fosters and maintains Levi’s Agile and PMO practices .Description
The Project Manager will be part of the Digital Technology IT team partnering with Product Management, Internal IT team, Regional Business and third party partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and leading activities of multiple cross-functional teams to complete projects in support of Levi’s Strauss & Company’s B2B technology / business strategy.
Responsibilities
- • 5+ years project management experience.
- • 2+ years of B2B program or project management.
- • 2+ years hands on Agile experience.
- • Experience implementing and maintaining Ecommerce platforms and third party Ecommerce applications.
- • Demonstrated experience working with global teams.
- • Experience on project management tools like Planview, JIRA, SAP for project finance management and Agile tools.
- • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
- • Ability to influence change outside of span of control and build stakeholder support.
- • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization.
- • Demonstrates strong verbal and written skills.
- • A self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player.
- • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams.
