- Overall 12+ years of experience as a project manager and HCM / Finance consultant in Oracle EBS & Cloud environment
- Project management experience should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Candidate should have excellent Team Management, Communication and customer interaction skills
- Oracle SCM and Financials modules Certified, Implementation Specialist Certification will be an added advantage
- should have minimum one end to end implementation of Oracle HCM & Finance / Fusion financials
- Candidate should be familiar with Oracle implementation methodology
- Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and the key integration
