Heavy ServiceNow project experience in the PPM Module. Excel and Customer Relationship skills with Leaders who that are being pushed beyond their limit. Not incredibly necessary to have strong portfolio management experience. The manager will be a mentor to the candidate on that.

This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years' experience in portfolio/project management looking to advance their career in the IT space. The IT Portfolio Management Associate is an integral part of business support function for the Humana IT portfolio Team. This role serves as a partner for the Infrastructure and Operations group through in-depth analysis and insight into business performance and demand management.

Responsibilities

• • You will be involved with department and segment organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas through in-depth analysis and insight into business performance and demand management.
• • You will help manage resource headcounts in alignment with the budget, track problem tickets/tasks, overdue or aging changes. Maintain disaster recovery compliance. Help evolve the departments collaboration SharePoint site.
• • Success in this role requires the development and organization of work for intended outcomes by partnering with the accountable teams.
• • Application of complex financial analyses to assess business performance, ability to take on special initiatives requiring interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action including data analysis, report generation, and process improvements.
• • Requires minimal direction, receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures, establishes standardized and repeatable processes for the department.
