Provide coaching and guidance to team members promoting continuous improvement and learning. 3. Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives. 4. Quality Assurance and Delivery: Implement best practices for software development testing and deployment. Monitor project progress ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project goals are met and identify areas for improvement. 5. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise. Collaborate with resource managers to address resource gaps and project requirements. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments. Generate regular reports for stakeholders highlighting project progress issues and upcoming milestones.Description
