Independently manage multiple concurrent projects (within larger program) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proactively identify interdependencies and their impact on project/s and overall program.

Mitigate risks and resolve blockers in a quick & efficient manner, assuring high-level delivery.

Hold and lead effective requirements gathering, status updates, decision-making, ad-hoc sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

Effectively collaborate on delivery with 3rd party vendors.

Produce detailed project documentation, project schedule, reports, key notes, action items and others.

Collaborate on use cases, user personas preparation.

Closely collaborate with globally dispersed cross-functional teams and various levels of audience

Support Program Manager in day-to-day activities
