Serve as the primary point of contact for project personnel.
Manage day-to-day project activities and cons schedules.
Coordinate meetings, update schedules, submit deliverables, and address client inquiries.
Generate look-ahead documents, progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain regular communication with management and project teams.
Assist in change order preparation and submission.
Monitor project costs versus budgets.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in iPaaS, mulesoft, gen AI a plus.
