Project Manager

Description

The Rule Mapping Project is at the heart of this role, where you will play a key part in analyzing and mapping regulations to internal policies. You will work closely with teams across the organization, managing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Educational Qualifications: A management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in delivering complex regulatory projects, ideally in financial services, and supporting business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Change Management: Experience in change management, with a focus on aligning regulatory changes with business operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with stakeholders, including senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical & Financial Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare financial estimates, create business cases, and track project costs.
• Regulatory Expertise: Experience in understanding and implementing regulatory frameworks and their impact on business policies and processes.
