This position is onsite WHQ for the hybrid schedule
Must have a background in technical project management, working with technical teams, engineers, leads, etc.
Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, and Swagger API development
Previous Nike experience is highly preferred, looking for people with MMX systems experience (Nike owned system).
Experience with API development and documentation
Must have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work with many stakeholders within the massive tech space

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ YOE as a technical project manager within large-scale enterprise level environments
• Must have previous API development and documentation experience, and experience with Swapper API development
• Proven experience delivering large complex technical projects across multiple teams
• Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
• Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
• Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams
