As the Deployments & Stabilization Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and stabilization of critical IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions from project implementation to operational stability. You will leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, KPIs, and JIRA to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Deployments & Stabilization Workstream, ensuring seamless project execution and operational stability.
- Develop and implement delivery metrics to track project performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee project planning, ensuring alignment with strategic KPI objectives (4★) and execution excellence.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Utilize JIRA to track progress, manage workflows, and maintain project transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business, and operational teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Drive problem resolution, ensuring minimal disruption during stabilization phases.
