We are seeking a highly motivated Life Sciences Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various life sciences projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the life sciences sector, preferably in drug development or clinical research.
- Strong understanding of life sciences research and development processes, including regulatory and compliance standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
